Hey there! I'm Stephanie Baubie!

I am originally from Western New York and moved to Greensboro, NC in 2006 when I  took a marketing job with a company based in High Point. After many years in the corporate world I decided to get  my real estate license which allowed me more time with my youngest daughter at the time.

With my corporate knowledge, and with an undergraduate degree in eBusiness, I bring valuable skills that I use daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and effectively marketing my listings.

I've been a Realtor for 11 years and I've helped lots of families find the home of their dreams. There's nothing like watching the joy and pride come over someone as they receive the keys to their new home. This drives everything that I do! My clients often describe me as detail-oriented, proactive, and fun to be around. If you're looking for an agent like this, I'd love to work with you, too!

When I'm not helping people buy, sell, or invest in real estate, you can find me spending time with my family, traveling, volunteering, or spending time by the water.I’ve been married for 24 years and have 3 adult children and am “Gigi” to 2 grandsons and another on the way.

Want to learn more about how we can work together? Message me anytime.
